YMCA Morning Treadmill Jog: 5X5 Minutes (6 mph)

Yesterday I had a nice bike ride. I was able to get into the groove, and I was able to stretch my legs and heels out. I had become a little concerned that my plantar fasciitis was coming back. But the bike ride seeme to do the trick. This morning during my YMCA indoor workout I did an easy 30 minutes at level 7 on the stairclimber and then did a treadmill workout for 25 minutes. I stopped after every 5 minutes to stretch my right heel – the problem heel. Feel fine now. I then went down to the pool to do a little swimming  and kicking (and socialize).
