Wednesday Morning Jog from YMCA: 2 miles
64 degrees and clear at 6 this morning. I had already ridden around town for a bit to warm up for the run. My legs were a little heavy, and my heel was a little tender. I was just tired. Planned to do 4 miles, but bailed after doing just two. I suppose I should rest the rest of today, and maybe tomorrow. Probably swim in morning tomorrow (won’t be too stressful on my legs).
