Saturday Morning Jog on Treadmill: 20 minutes
I got up this morning hoping to go for a run outside. Unfortunately my heal was a little tender, and it was chilly out. So around 7:30 I drove over to the YMCA and did a workout in the warmth of the cardio room. Started out with 10 minutes of stairclimber on setting 7 at 140+ tempo. Then moved up to the treadmill and did 20 minutes at level 6. My heal started to freak at about 18.5 minutes, so I bailed on my workout after 20 minutes.
