Thursday Morning Treadmill Run: 30 minutes
Got to the club at 5. Hopped on the treadmill to ease back into my running after resting my left calf for a week. Walked at 3 for 10 minutes. Jogged at 6 for 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes of the jog was at level incline. Then 10 minutes at 1.5 incline. And the last 5 minutes at -1 incline or zero incline.
Then headed to the pool to do 15 minutes of water jogging, and 40 laps of kick. I was a little tired when I finished the workout. I’m hoping to do a nice bike ride this afternoon.
