Friday Morning Jog on Treadmill: 30 minutes

Pretty much a repeat of yesterday’s treadmill routine. I think I put the elevation on 2.0 this time for 10 minutes. Then went to the pool and did 50 minutes of aqua jogging, followed by roughly a mile doing laps. 40 of those laps were kick.

What a lousy day outside. It’s cool and totally wet. Raining, but not always raining. Damp and dreary!
