Saturday Morning PFW B+ Bike Ride: 48.8 miles

I finished my run this morning and started cutting up some salad stuff. Got most of the salad done and figured I still had time to make my way over to Cranbury and have an easy flat B+ ride with the Ed Post gang. When I got there the gang was not all there. It was a small group today, and not too much horse power present either. But everybody was nice, and I had fun. I think I heard the average pace WHILE MOVING was something like 18.5 mph. And, of course, the distance was somewhere around 50 miles. The thermometer on the garage window when I got home at 12:30 said 82 degrees. The sun was out, but it wasn’t unbearably hot today. Nice ride. CLICK HERE to see the loop. We had a flat tire somewhere around mile 35. Four of us (including the guy with the flat tire) stopped to fix the puncture while the rest of the group rode on. CLICK HERE to see the loop the others travelled. Their ride was a little longer at 51.9 miles.
