Not All Calories Equal, Study Shows
Duh! The WSJ published an article today about a study regarding eating habits. Do you regularly eat low-fat meals, low-carbohydrate meals, or balanced meals with minimal processed foods? The recommendation was you should eat balanced meals with minimal processed foods. This was an obvious finding. So I am not so sure how good this article is. CLICK HERE to read it.
You might notice that the third option stressed that the foods eaten are not processed foods. I did not see in the article that the first two meal options minimized processed foods. My hunch is that they did not since it is usually hard to create those types of diets without processed food. I believe the real key to a healthy diet is avoiding processed foods.
