Monday Morning Treadmill Run: 30 minutes

My left ankle is still somewhat swollen. I went for a swim this morning: 20 laps stroke and 30 laps kick. Then I headed to the treadmill to do a 30 minute jog at 5.5 mph. The first 5 minutes were a little awkward. The middle 20 minutes were fine. And the last 5 minutes I bumped the pace up to 6 mph. All in all, the jog went well. But since the ankle is still swollen a little I’m not going to run more today. I might go for a 5 mile walk this evening? Not sure. I’m supposed to run with Chen tomorrow morning and I expect to be able to do that.
