Tuesday Morning Group Jog: 5.5 miles
This morning Chen and I departed from the Y at 5:55. I forgot the sweatband for my right wrist where I wear my Garmin Edge 200 usually. As a result I did not wear the mileage tracker, but instead held it in my right hand during the run. I inadvertantly turned off the tracker when we got to Johnson Park School. My ankle was still sore this morning, but not so sore as to keep me from running. I was able to run at my normal 6.5 mph pace that Chen and I usually do. We only did 5.5 miles this morning rather than the 6 we usually do.
