Proposed Coffee Ride in June: 100 miles

June is coming, and I have to submit my rides to PFW in the next few days if I am going to lead any club rides in June.  I’m thinking of leading two long rides – one on Sat June 8 and one on Sat June 22. If rain, then reschedule to the next day (Sunday). The June 8th ride will be a repeat of the ride I plan to do with friends on June 2nd. The June 22nd ride will start in Community Park North in Princeton and have three rest stops which I think most people would agree serve pretty good coffee. Thus, the “100 Mile Coffee Ride” nickname. The first rest stop will be at mile 24.9 at the Deli in the center of Kingston NJ. The second rest stop will be at mile 51.3 at the Boro Bean in the center of Hopewell NJ. And the third rest stop will be at mile 74.3 on a side street in Lambertville NJ. This ride will have three significant climbs in it. So it is not for the weak cyclist. However, the rest stops should make it less than super difficult. CLICK HERE to see the route.
