Saturday Morning Indoor Trainer Workout: 10 miles

I was up pretty early this morning, and before I went for my 5 mile walk I hopped on my indoor trainer for a somewhat steady 10 mile ride which lasted 27 minutes. The average watts expended were 165, and the pace averaged at 21.23 mph. My average pedal cadence was 89. My heart rate was fluctuating between 135 and 150 bpm after I got warmed up.
