Wednesday Morning Solo Run: 3 miles
Showed up at my club in Plainsboro to swim with Pia. After the 2 miles of laps I put in I rinsed off and did a 3 mile treadmill workout. 20 minutes of the run was at a HR of between 150 and 170. I tried to get it down to the sweet spot at 145 to 152 bpm, but was having trouble achieving my goal. I had to drop the pace to around 5.5 mph and the incline was 1.5 to 2.0. All in all, not a bad workout this morning.
