Monday Afternoon Solo Treadmill Run: 3.1 miles
I think the run lasted 28 minutes. I started right off at setting 6.2 and did that for 15 minutes. Then the next 5 minutes were at setting 7. Back to 6.2 for 5 minutes, and then up to 7.2 mph until I finished off the 3.1 miles. Everything was at 2% incline.
The first 15 minutes I had a little trouble finding my rhythm, but after that it was pretty easy. I ate too much at lunchtime. That was the problem.
