Monday Morning Solo Treadmill Run: 6.2 miles

Swam with Pia at 5. Good workout. Then at a couple of bananas and sat in the hot tub for 15 minutes before heading to the gym for an hour of treadmill running. For the first 5 minutes I jogged at the 5.5 mph setting at 2%, then set it on 6.2 for about 20 minutes. I decided to breakeven at 30 minutes with a 3.1 mile achievment, but could only do so by bumping the pace up to 7 mph for 4 minutes. Then back to 6.2 mph for 15 minutes, then 7 mph for 5 minutes, and finished out the run at 6.2 until I hit 6.2 miles. That was about a minute shy of an hour. I didn’t want to overdo because I need to come back to the club this afternoon to do a 5K jog on the treadmill.
