Saturday Morning Group Indoor Trainer Ride: 62 miles

This was the second Saturday in a row I rode with Pia and Bruce in Pia’s basement. Pia had a workout designed that included a bunch of recovery sessions, but also a bunch of endurance, threshold, and sprint sessions. Of the 7 or so sprints I performed I hit max power of 907, 918, 980, and 1052 watts. Those efforts actually got me breathing kind of hard. The ride lasted 3.5 hours for me and the average pace was 17.4 mph. My avg CAD was down to 78, AW was 156, and Normalized Power was 175. ¬†Nothing great, but I’m pleased. When we finished we headed outside to do a 4 mile run. It was snowing on us while we were out.
