Monday Morning Treadmill Run: 3.1 miles
It’s been a while since I’ve done much running. Ran once with Chen last week and I was sore the next few days. Time has come to start running pretty regular. I doubt I’ll be running on the weekends, but I plan to try and run each of the weekdays for the foreseeable future. Not planning to run more than 10K a day. Today I sat in the hot tub at the club when I first got there, and then headed to the gym to do a half hour on the treadmill. Easy run. Got me sweating eventually. Most of the run was a setting 6 mph. The last five minutes was on 7.2 mph.
