Thursday Morning Solo Run on Treadmill: 4 miles

I really tired my legs out this morning. Did some weight work on them for starters, then a short walk/stretch, and lastly 4 miles at 6.2 mph. My problem leg tightened up a little, but it seems to be rehabbing OK. Afterwards I went to the pool and did 10 laps, eight of which was kick.
