Saturday Morning Solo Ride: 62 miles

Saturday Morning Solo Ride: 62 miles

Supposed to be another hot day today. PFW is holding its big event out of Mercer County College, and I didn’t feel like doing a PFW ride anyway. So I headed over to Washington Crossing Park to do a towpath ride from there up the river to Frenchtown and back. Used the CX bike. Had fun. Hit the Erwinna covered bridge and the Uhlerstown covered bridge. Ate globs of peanut butter for fuel. Felt OK, but didn’t really push it this morning. There was some charity event going on along the towpath on the NJ side – River to Sea Relay is what they called it. CLICK HERE to see the route.
