Sunday Workout Summary

Rained this morning. At 6:45 I went to the club in Rocky Hill to do 30 minutes of kicking with my Zoomers. Then hit the PT pool with my cap and metronome to do 5o minutes of pool running at 165 bpm. All in all, pretty good workout. My thighs are a little stiff from yesterday’s trail run.

At 1:15 I drove over to Hopewell and walked the perimeter of St. Michael’s Preserve. I like Mountain Lakes Park much more. CLICK HERE to see the route.
