I love doing 30 minutes of kicking with these with no rest. Kind of like going for a 30 minute jog, but easier on my joints. Kicking in the pool not only helps your legs, but also your core. Especially if you do a bunch of butterfly kick! Don’t confuse fins with flippers. Flippers are a waste of time to use. They do not promote a quality kick, and they don’t help work the core much either.
