Works the Back, Uses various equipment (barbells, dumbbells, or cable machines), Muscles Trained: Upper Back, Biceps

Note: This exercise can be done either bilaterally, or unilaterally, depending on the equipment used. Use the dumbbells if you want to do it unilaterally.
