Probably the best way for a 50+ year old endurance athlete to train if he or she wants to get more power or more strength. Not all that good when getting close to a sporting competition, though.

    Just wanted to say I enjoy your blog and secondly that you are wasting your time on that know it all forum, most of them are fat and couldn’t finish a 300K let alone a 600k if their fruit picking lives depended upon it.
