Interesting video. Keep in mind that a swimmer or triathlete can get most of the benefits described about a VSE by using stretch cords as part of their weekly swim workouts. You can perfect your high elbow catch stroke using the VSE or stretch cords better and quicker than if you try to do this exclusively in the pool. Also, the VSE and/or stretch cords can help you build strength and power with regard to your swimming much quicker than just swimming laps.
