Changing Cassette on TT Bike Rear Wheel

I was asked yesterday about what is involved to be able to use an 11-speed rear wheel from a super expensive TT bike in a less expensive TT bike that uses a 10-speed rear wheel. I explained it was simple since neither rear wheel was campy and the wheel needing the conversion started out with more speeds (converting down from 11 to 10). The conversion might be awkward if converting up from 10 to 11. All that is required is to take the 10-speed cassette off the cheaper wheel and install it on the more expensive 11-speed wheel basically as depicted in the video below.
