Ideal Workout Types to Include in a Fat Loss Program
Two of the ideal workouts are anaerobic: resistance training (weights) and high intensity interval training (HiiT). And the third workout type is aerobic: low intensity cardio (leisurely walk, etc.). None of these workouts use much glucose from your blood while exercising. This is the key to being a good workout to do when trying to lose body fat. Examples of exercise that require the use of glucose in your blood while working out include moderate to high intensity aerobic activity, i.e., runs, hard bike rides, and swimming.
