You should want to swim like this if you want to be fast at swimming. Notice how the body rotates in relation to the arm pulling. Notice how it’s the body rotation that helps lift up the elbow instead of the swimmer having to drop the hand for an EVF. Notice how the elbow does not always stay high in the water because the body is rotating.
