Example of Good Freestyle Swim Technique

The body rotates like a log in the water. The rotation aids in a strong arm pull. Elbows are kept high when starting the pull. Forearm is vertical during the pull. Kick is even and consistent aiding in body balance, and in propulsion, too. Breath timing is right on (taken just after forearm becomes vertical for the pull). And flip turns are excellent. Notice the cadence of the stroke is not too quick. Maybe her fingers are too close together during the pull? Not sure.
