Thursday Morning Solo Ride

Thursday Morning Solo Ride

No big plans for a ride this morning. But I needed to get out on the bike and do a few miles. I first wanted to see the progress on US-206 which has been detoured at Lovers Lane for a few weeks. They are working on the bridge at Stoney Brook a mile down the road. After going down there to see the construction work, I headed out Princeton Pike to Trenton. Eventually made it to the Delaware River and crossed over into PA. Up the river to New Hope, and then back into NJ and back to Princeton. Click on the map below to see the route at RWGPS.

I haven’t been feeling all that good on a bike for about a month. Rides that I have done have been too long. Rest is required to recuperate. I felt OK today, but didn’t push it. Just spun along for the most part. Got kind of hot out before I was done. Good thing I kept the ride short.
