RUSA Perm Solo Ride

RUSA Perm Solo Ride

2nd day in a row for an outdoor metric century bike ride on my old track bike. I left the house a little earlier than yesterday, and this was just the first thing that was different about yesterday’s ride. Today the temp was about the same, but no sun. And there was a pretty good wind to contend with, too. I suppose I had the benefit of a tailwind for the first half of the ride, but on the return route the wind caused me to work a little. And today was supposed to be a recovery ride. Oh well. Had a good swim this morning before I headed out on the bike.

Disbrow Hill Rd was closed for road repair. So I had to customize the route a little. Still got 62 miles in for the ride though. Probably won’t hit the roads again until Saturday morning when I’m supposed to lead a PFW 35-miler. We’ll see.
